Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation with Bay Limousines, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions in full. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 25% to secure the reservation, with the remaining balance due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date will result in a full forfeiture of all payments made. Changes to the reservation, including pickup time, location, or vehicle type, must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and approval. Any delays caused by client negligence, including late arrivals or extended stops, may result in additional hourly charges. Bay Limousines reserves the right to substitute vehicle types in the event of mechanical issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, while making every effort to provide equal or upgraded accommodations. Passengers are strictly prohibited from consuming illegal substances, smoking of any kind, or engaging in behavior deemed reckless or dangerous while inside the vehicle. Alcohol consumption is permitted only for passengers 21 years of age or older in compliance with state and local laws. The client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all passengers in the party and agrees to pay for any damages, spills, stains, or excessive cleaning required as a result of misuse or neglect, with a minimum $250 cleaning fee for biohazards or bodily fluids. Bay Limousines is not liable for delays due to inclement weather, road closures, accidents, or traffic conditions beyond our control, and cannot guarantee arrival times. In the event of driver unavailability or emergency, a replacement chauffeur will be dispatched immediately. We reserve the right to terminate service without refund if the chauffeur feels that passenger behavior compromises the safety of the vehicle or its occupants. Clients must ensure accurate and complete itinerary details when booking, including pickup and drop-off addresses, passenger count, and any special requests. Misrepresentation of information may result in cancellation of service without refund. By using our website, submitting a reservation, or utilizing our transportation services, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions as outlined herein.
