As soon as your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed confirmation email with all your trip information, including date, time, pickup location, and vehicle details. This typically arrives within minutes of your purchase. If you don’t see it right away, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder. Still have questions? We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, just give us a call or send us a message as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your scheduled ride will receive a full refund, no hassle. If you're within that window, we’ll do our best to work with you or reschedule your booking based on availability. Our goal is to make your experience smooth, flexible, and stress-free from start to finish.

To reserve your date, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is automatically processed 2 days before your event, no stress, no last-minute scrambling.
